Untitled, 2025

Untitled, 2024 - on going

Untitled, 2024 | Self made costumes from wrapping material.
The costumes emphasised the illusion of being “protected”, but at the same time also restricted my body's ability to move.
''Aquellos roces que solo tuvieron lugar en nuestro imaginario''

Three photographs from my ongoing series The Detail Hunter, 2016 - present | Digital C-print.

Exhaustion, 2024 - 2025 | Textile sculpture.

Why am I, 2024 | Still from test in studio with self-created sound, costume prototype.
''Even in stillness there is movement''

Three photographs from my ongoing series Dancers, 2023 - present | Digital C-print.
contained, 2023 | 4K video performance.
The volumes of the casts I made from the packaging material matched the volumes of my body in a strange way. They entered my personal space, the space people still consider part of themselves, but also turned into armour or shields.

(con tener) cuerpo, 2023 | Sculptures different sizes, plaster on gauze.
''The body is like a rock on which the effects of time reside''

(con tener) cuerpo, 2023 | Coloured pencil, digital C-print.

Encounter II, 2024 | Epoxy sculpture, plastic bag, tulips.

Free bodies that wander around,
as they got rid of the purpose someone laid on them
as they got rid of the purpose someone laid on them
Now, new wanderers of the world,
we will follow the wind
and be welcoming to that what has to come
we will follow the wind
and be welcoming to that what has to come
Deep down, if I am honest with myself,
I hope your eyes cross my path.
I know we have met before
even I remember that time we had a brief flirt.
I caught you looking at me, while I was dancing,
I was not aware that I was sharing that joy with a spectator.
I felt your eyes on my back
it almost fell as if we were both dancing,
moving together
from a distance
I hope your eyes cross my path.
I know we have met before
even I remember that time we had a brief flirt.
I caught you looking at me, while I was dancing,
I was not aware that I was sharing that joy with a spectator.
I felt your eyes on my back
it almost fell as if we were both dancing,
moving together
from a distance
Now, I’m somewhere else
I am tucked in a bush,
it’s a bit itchy here.
I feel tired, of not knowing where I will go next,
I used to know —to have a plan — if only briefly.
I am tucked in a bush,
it’s a bit itchy here.
I feel tired, of not knowing where I will go next,
I used to know —to have a plan — if only briefly.
I wish I could let go of this worry,
but this emptiness is scarier than I predicted.
Anyway, I have to have patience,
it will come
and until then I can decide myself what I want to be
but this emptiness is scarier than I predicted.
Anyway, I have to have patience,
it will come
and until then I can decide myself what I want to be
