Market Bag, 2021
During a work period at Daily Practice in Rotterdam I developed this new series. Each bag is one-of-a-kind, made out of clay ca 4x3x1cm. I was editing the video performance An Unforeseen Encounter. I am interested in exploring the different qualities of an object, in this case a plastic bag. I observed and captured the different postures a plastic bag can adopt, recreating these in miniature using clay.
