The ongoing exploration of the dialectic between art and the everyday, is supported by By Your Side in both image and form. Sarah records overlooked situations from everyday life and elevates them to art. By presenting them in the form of a key ring as a carrier, the artist's documented, unseen moments can be reinserted into the everyday.
Sarah always carries a keychain with her in order to expand opportunities to get in touch with people who are attracted to this artwork, want to buy it and later take it to different European countries, South Korea and the US, where the work takes on new meaning.
